Do I have to have an account to ride at your studio?
Yes. If you wish to purchase a single ride credit or a series of ride credits online, you will need to create an account on our SIGN UP page. After your account is created you can visit our PRICING page and click the “Buy” button to the package you wish to purchase. Additionally, to participate in the leaderboard and to track your performance, we ask that you create your Societe account prior to class so that you can easily log into your bike when you arrive.
How do I purchase rides?
To purchase a single ride, pack of classes, or unlimited membership, go to the Societe LOGIN page to accesss your Societe account to purchase the package of your choice. You may also call the front desk for help with purchasing rides. If you need to add a corporate or student rate to your account, simply call the studio with the appropriate information and we will update your account.
How do I reserve and cancel rides?
The timetable for weekly classes runs Monday-Sunday. Proceed to our LOGIN to access your Societe account. Here you can reserve, manage, and cancel classes. You may also call the front desk to reserve or to cancel a ride. Please note- for Series Members, reservations for all classes must be canceled by 7 p.m. the night before your scheduled class. If you do not cancel before 7 p.m., you will lose your class. For Unlimited Members, you will need to cancel your class at least 8 hours prior to the start of your scheduled class or you will receive a $10 Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is waitlisted, there is always a chance you can still get a bike! You must have unlimited classes or a class credit in your account to add yourself to the waitlist of a class. We will notify you via email if you have been added to a waitlisted class.
Should I arrive early for my class?
Yes! For your first ride, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can show you around the studio, set you up on your bike and introduce you to the instructor. For every other ride, please arrive early to make sure your class starts on time. Please note that if you are not checked in and on your bike at the official start of class you may not be allowed into class.
What should I wear and bring to class? Do I need special cycling shoes?
It is best to dress in either cycle shorts or comfortable exercise clothes. Lightweight and moisture absorbent clothing will allow you to move easily on the bike. You can wear either sneakers or bike shoes as all of our bikes can accommodate either. It is also a very good idea to bring a bottle of water to class as well. We have filtered water for refills and sell bottled water if you forget.
Do you have showers at your studio?
Yes, we have both men’s and women’s locker rooms equipped with showers, towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
Do you offer corporate rates or teambuilding events?
Yes, we do! If you are a corporation looking for discounted corporate rates or team building events for your employees, simply inquire by calling us at the studio or emailing us at email@example.com.
Are you interested in having a private ride at the studio? We provide private rides for parties, charity rides, and corporate events. For more info on reserving the studio for an event, call the studio or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is there a minimum age requirement to take a class?
If you are under the age of 18, you will need a parent to sign a waiver for you, in person, at the studio before attending your first class.
