At Societe Indoor Cycling we believe that fitness, while challenging, can also be a continuously enjoyable experience.

Cycle Societe

Duration: 45 minutes

This class is for EVERYONE, regardless of your age or fitness level!  The 50 minute class starts with a mild warm-up and introduction to the bike and indoor cycling.  Throughout the class we will give you a flavor of ALL of the rides offered at Societe.

Rhythm Ride

Duration: 45 minutes 

Whether you are preparing for a longer ride outdoors, a specific competitive event, or just want to up your fitness level this beat driven full body workout is for you!  Ride your way through an exciting class where you will groove to great music while pushing your body to stay on the beat of the music.  Sample rides include: hills, speed, intervals, and upper body weight exercises.

Cycle Performance

Duration: 45 minutes 

Cycle performance is a hardcore cycling experience utilizing high energy music and state of the art technology scientifically designed to push you to your fitness limits.  With 6 different modes, 4 types of races, individual challenges, team challenges, heart rate zone challenges and your workout results emailed instantly to you at the end, this cycling class elevates the traditional indoor cycling experience!  


Duration: 30 minutes 

Want to get in a great workout, but don't have a lot of time?  This class is for you!  It's 30 minutes of cycling which may include hills, sprints, jumps and tabatas.  It is a great way to get in a quick sweat and head out for your day!

Cycle Pump

Duration: 60 minutes 

This full body workout will begin with 30 minutes of invigorating cycling which may include hills, jumps and sprints followed by 30 minutes of Les Mills BodyPump. It  is a great high intensity workout that will leave you feeling stronger than ever before!

Cycle Tone

Duration: 60 minutes 

Love to cycle but feel your body needs overall toning?  Try Cycle/Tone!  This 60 minute class begins with a fun 30 minute indoor cycling ride followed by a 30 minute low impact workout using body weight resistance and light equipment.

Cycle HIIT

Duration: 60 minutes 

This class starts with a 30-minute Invigorating cycling experience, followed by a 30-minute HIIT session. It's designed to push you to your limits, leaving you tired yet wanting to come back for more.

Cycle Shred

Duration: 60 minutes 

Are you looking for a workout that elevates your heart rate, endurance, and overall physical health? Cycle/Shred will push you to your limits in 15 minute intervals. Begin on the bike and alternate between cardio and off the bike drills, for the next hour, leaving your body challenged and wanting more!


Duration: 50 minutes 

This circuit training workout is designed to target the fat burning cardio zone. This class is a constant varying workout that uses a combination of cycling, weights and core exercises to keep your body burning calories efficiently and effectively throughout the day. Class is designed for all fitness levels.

Community Ride

Duration: 45 minutes 

FREE Ride where you can experience our newest instructors. This is a great ride for anyone who is looking to check out our studio and who is looking to get a feel for our newest team members!

HIIT Off The Bike

Duration: 45 minutes

Work all muscle groups with a variety of strengthening and conditioning exercises off the bike. This athletic-based sculpting class tones upper and lower body using resistance like hand weights, barbells and your own body weight. All fitness levels welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga

Duration: 60 minutes

This yoga practice emphasizes the sequential movement between postures, coordinated with and guided by deliberate breath. The Vinyasa practice becomes a moving meditation that creates strength, freedom and fluidity in the body and mind.


Duration: 60 minutes

This full body, off the bike workout, targets all major muscle groups by using exercises such as squats, presses, lifts and curls choreographed to the latest music. BODYPUMP uses the LES MILLS SmartTech equipment. This SmartTech equipment includes Steps, Bars and Hand Weights that have been specifically designed to reduce transition time and aid in muscle isolation.
